Corinne Campbell has over twenty years international experience in the import and export of goods. As the founder of XDOC, Corinne has first hand experience of starting and running businesses.
Corinne consults to businesses at various levels by reviewing their existing processes to improve efficiency and compliance, optimising their procedures for each market, training and supporting their international trade staff, help reducing errors arising from inexperience, changing regulations and solving import/export staff shortages. Corinne is also the author of the Comprehensive Import Export manual which is a 132 page reference manual of documentation examples and information about Import/Export.
Dina Charbine, International Trade, Cash Flow Solutions Group, Westpac Banking Corporation
Dina Charbine has been with Westpac Banking Corporation for 12 years. 11 years have been spent working in the international trade department. She has worked her way through the operations department where she used to process import/export collections and letters of credit before transferring to the trade finance department processing the loans for Westpac customers. While there, Dina looked after the service requirements of Westpac's high value customers ensuring their trade transactions were processed in a timely manner as well as ensuring any enquiries they had were investigated and resolved promptly.
In her current role, Dina looks after the international trade customers at Westpac's commercial banking centres located in the Bankstown and Campbelltown districts.
