Eunika Janus, NSW Marketing Manager, IP Australia
As part of her role, Eunika is responsible for raising awareness of intellectual property issues amongst the business community in NSW.
Before joining IP Australia, Eunika worked as a solicitor in the trade marks practice of one of Australia’s largest corporate law firms, where she was involved in managing the trade mark portfolios of clients in a diverse range of industries including consumer goods, fashion, hospitality, media and financial services.
Eunika has Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degrees from the University of New South Wales, where she was a university medallist. Eunika has published articles on intellectual property and marketing in academic journals and the business press.
Carol Flanagan, LL.M
Carol understands the needs of businesses, having been a corporate lawyer for more than 20 years. She is a past President of the Corporate Lawyers Association and has also been head of corporate legal departments in both public and private sector organizations. She is a former General Counsel of the Commonwealth Government's Export Finance and Insurance Corporation.
Carol is the author of several publications in the areas of International Trade and Business Law and has also lectured and prepared courses for The University of New England, The University of Technology Sydney, The College of International Business and The Australian Institute of Export.
