Visiting the Show

Online visitor registration has now closed.

But I want to come to the Show, can I still register to visit?

You sure can! Now the show has started, all registrations are done on site.  

So, just turn up on Thursday or Friday and register at the Show with Voula and her team (pictured to the right!). Entry to the show is still FREE and each year at least a third of visitors register at the Show.

Below we answer your questions to make your arrival at the Show smooth.

Import Export Show is taking place within the Grand Pavilion at Rosehill Racecourse. There's a map below in the right hand column.


What are the opening hours?
Exhibition: 10:00am start on both days.  Thursday close: 5:30pm
Friday close: 4:00pm.

If you have already signed up for any paid workshops that start at 9:00am,  you'll need to be at the venue by 8:30am. Check out the sessions taking place.

How do I get to Rosehill Gardens Event Centre?

Getting there by Car
Rosehill Gardens is off James Ruse Drive at Grand Ave and is easily accessible via the M4 Motorway. There is FREE PARKING onsite. Please enter through the Grand Ave gates to P1 parking lot. The venue, Grand Pavilion, is just there.

Getting there by Public Transport
Rosehill Train Station is located at the entrance to Rosehill Gardens and is on the Carlingford Line.

Veolia Transport operate a regular, scheduled bus service and a regular rivercat service runs from Circular Quay to Charles Street Wharf in Parramatta. What happens when I arrive at the venue?
When you registered via our website, we sent you a Visitor Confirmation email. Please bring that email with you. If you have lost that email, don't worry. Just bring some ID so we can locate your name to print out your name tag. You will also get a showbag and a show catalogue.

What's happening in the hall?
The exhibition hall will house all our exhibitors. The DHL Country Theatre will feature FREE of charge country presentations through the day. They will be in your program. However, to plan your visit before you arrive, you can open the Schedule to see what is happening.

There is a cafe in the hall serving hot and cold beverages, sandwiches and snacks. There will be three seating areas in the hall. You can pay by cash and EFTPOS at the cafe but there are no ATMs at the venue.

Can I sign up for paid sessions when I arrive?
Yes, you can. For any paid workshops or keynotes you'd like to attend head over to the Seminar Registrations Desk once you've picked up your name badge and book on the spot (based on seats still being available). But please come to the registration desk 30 minutes before the session starts.
